Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • Natural sweetener to taste (Honey)
  • 1 Banana Thin Sliced
  • 1/2 Mango Peeled & Thin Sliced
  • 1 Kiwi Peeled & Thin Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple Diced
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Raspberries
  • Optional: Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the oatmeal. Stir in the coconut milk and sweetener and divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls.

Step 2

Put the remaining fruits over the oatmeal and sprinkle some coconut flakes.

Step 3

Garnish with the mint leaves and serve.
