Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
- Natural sweetener to taste (Honey)
- 1 Banana Thin Sliced
- 1/2 Mango Peeled & Thin Sliced
- 1 Kiwi Peeled & Thin Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple Diced
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Raspberries
- Optional: Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the oatmeal. Stir in the coconut milk and sweetener and divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls.
Step 2
Put the remaining fruits over the oatmeal and sprinkle some coconut flakes.
Step 3
Garnish with the mint leaves and serve.
