Ingredients

  • 200 Gm Spinach Leaves
  • 200 Gm Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Unit Spring Onion
  • 1 Unit Ball Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 200 Gm Block Paneer
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cummin
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the barbecue grill/toaster or any other surface you use to cook, to high

Step 2

Mix the vegetables, onion, tomatoes, spring onions, spinach and coriander in a bowl and add a little olive oil to combine.

Step 3

Pat the paneer dry and cut into small pieces. Then put some olive oil in the grill or any surface of your choice and cook both the sides for about 8-10 minutes till it becomes golden brown. 

Step 4

Add the warm cheese to the spinach and vegetable mixture and add salt, olive oil, black pepper, lemon, cummin powder and toss to mix well.

Step 5

Serve the salad hot/cold as per your taste.
