Ingredients
- 0.25 Cup Tomato
- 1 Whole Onion
- 0.25 Unit Cucumber
- 0.5 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Cup RawWhole Black Gram
- 0.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Leaves Coriander Leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Soak Chana Overnight in a bowl with water full in the bowl/vessel in such a way that all the grams get dipped in the water
Step 2
Next morning, wash the soaked chana thoroughly in fresh running water and boil it till it becomes soft. Do not over boil.
Step 3
After boiling, let the gram to cool a bit. Fine chop all the vegetables and add them to the low heated grams.
Step 4
Add salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice and stir well. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped Coriander.
